 Notary Public Service Information

1.  Basis for Determining Fees:

The cost of notary services varies depending on several factors — the type of document, the number of pages, and the time required to complete the work.

Therefore, the main basis for determining the fee is the time needed to prepare the document. Generally, notary public fees in Nepal are very minimal.

2.  Fees for Foreign Documents

For notarizing foreign documents, the fee may be slightly higher than usual. You can personally collect your notarized documents. If you cannot come in

person, we also provide the facility to scan and send the documents online.

3.  For Verification Only

For those who come only for verification or for placing the notary seal, services are provided free of cost or at a very minimal fee whenever possible.

4.  Classification of Translation Services

Documents requiring translation are divided into two types:

·  Format Documents: These include standard documents such as citizenship certificates, land ownership certificates (Lalpurja), PAN cards, and other

certificates. The fee for these ranges from Rs. 150 to Rs. 250 per page.

·  Non-Format Documents: These include long descriptions, contracts, legal papers, educational records, etc. The fee for these ranges from Rs. 250 to Rs. 350

per page.

5.  Services for Domestic and International Clients

We provide services for all Nepali and foreign citizens both within Nepal and abroad. We can scan your documents and send them directly to your desired

location.

6. Special Notice for Students

Many education consultancies charge students going abroad for studies more than triple the actual fee by claiming that they will prepare all the documents.

However, if you contact our office directly, all your work will be completed for only about 30% of that cost.

7. Caution

Be aware of individuals who misuse the name of Notary Public to charge excessively high fees and deceive people.

१. शुल्क निर्धारणका आधारहरू

नोटरी सेवाको खर्च निम्न कारणहरूका आधारमा फरक–फरक हुन्छन्।

कागजातको प्रकार, पृष्ठ संख्या तथा काम गर्दा लाग्ने समय। तसर्थ कागजात तयार गर्न लाग्ने समय नै शुल्क निर्धारणको मुख्य कारण हो।सामान्यतया नेपालमा नोटरी पब्लिकको शुल्क अति न्यून

हुन्छ।

२. विदेशी कागजातको शुल्कः

विदेशी कागजातहरूको नोटरीकरणमा प्रायः सामान्य भन्दा अलि बढी शुल्क लाग्न सक्छ।तपाईं स्वयं उपस्थित भएर कागजात लिन सक्नुहुन्छ।उपस्थित हुन नसक्ने अवस्थामा हामी अनलाइन

स्क्यान गरी पठाउने सुविधा पनि प्रदान गर्दछौं।

३. भेरिफिकेशन (Verification) मात्रको हकमा

केवल Verification वा नोटरी छाप हान्ने कामका लागि आउने व्यक्तिहरूलाई सकेसम्म निःशुल्क, वा न्यूनतम शुल्कमा सेवा प्रदान गरिन्छ।

४. अनुवाद (Translation) सेवाको वर्गीकरण

अनुवाद गर्नुपर्ने कागजातहरू दुई प्रकारका हुन्छन्।

फर्म्याट डकुमेन्ट (Format Documents) नागरिकता, लालपुर्जा, PAN, प्रमाणपत्र आदिजस्ता सामान्य ढाँचाका कागजातहरू हुन् जसको शुल्क प्रति पृष्ठ रु १५० – २५० सम्म पर्दछ।

नन–फर्म्याट डकुमेन्ट (Non-Format Documents) लामो विवरण, करारपत्र, कानूनी कागजात, शैक्षिक विवरण आदिको शुल्क प्रति पृष्ठ रु २५० – ३५० सम्म पर्दछ।

५. देश–विदेशका लागि सेवा

हामी नेपालभित्र र विदेशमा रहेका सबै नेपाली तथा विदेशी नागरिकहरूका लागि तपाइँका कागजात स्क्यान गरेर सोही ठाउँमा पठाउने सेवा समेत प्रदान गर्दछौँ।

६. विद्यार्थीहरूका लागि विशेष सूचना

विदेश अध्ययनका लागि जाने विद्यार्थीहरूलाई धेरैजसो education consultancy हरूले "हामीले सबै कागजात बनाइदिन्छौं" भनेर तीन गुना भन्दा बढी शुल्क लिने गरेको पाइन्छ।तर यदि

तपाईं सीधै हाम्रो कार्यालयमा मा सम्पर्क गर्नुभयो भने तपाईंको सम्पूर्ण काम त्यो शुल्कको केवल ३०% मा नै सम्पन्न हुनेछ।

७. सावधानी

नोटरी पब्लिकको नाममा अधिकतम शुल्क लिएर ठगी गर्ने व्यक्तिहरूबाट सचेत रहनुहोस्।
