Regarding the Correction of Birth Registration Details

Further clarification has been provided on this matter.

The details in a birth certificate can be corrected only on the basis specified in the amended regulations or the official gazette.

In particular, for individuals under 16 years of age, those who have not been issued Nepali citizenship, or those who do not have educational qualification certificates, corrections can be made only according to the evidence and procedures mentioned in the regulations.
