Case: Forced Sexual Intercourse
The Supreme Court determined that the relationship, despite involving a minor (aged 14), was not a case of forced sexual intercourse (rape) under Section 3(3), but rather a case of Marital Rape under the less severe Section 3(6) of the Muluki Ain (Rape Chapter), coupled with an illegal child marriage.
